Welcome to this charming one bedroom, one bathroom cottage in a safe, residential central location. The cottage is a fully self contained, separated space on the grounds of a main house. There is covered parking, one bedroom with a king size bed and AC, an adjoining en suite bathroom with shower and separated toilet. A designated work space, living, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Guests have use of their own washing machine. The courtyard is fully private and cannot be seen from the main house or street. There is outside dining, lounge chairs and a very comfortable set-up with mature palm trees and flowers.

The property is walking distance to Carlisle Bay, numerous embassies, including the American, Canadian High Commission, Embassy of Guyana as well as official residences of the British High Commissioner and Government House. Belleville is also a 7 minute walk from the property. The property is also walking distance to an ATM, bank, supermarket, Starbucks, pharmacies, Chefette, KFC, doctors' offices and many companies.

St. Winifred's School is a 5 minute walk from the property. There is a bus service taking you to both the west and south coasts. The property is fully equipped with beach towels, chairs, cooler barbecue etc.
