Wow! The rooms are filthy. The lobby and check in area is super clean lulling you into a false sense of security. The rooms are filthy and not just in it was not cleaned so well before your check-in but in a way where it has been missed for the past 5 years. Cleaning must consist of just grabbing garbage bags and remaking the bed because there is no wiping down of surfaces, no vacuuming, no sweeping or mopping. The food, dead bugs, mold and grime on the carpet and tiles is terrifying and the ceiling water damage and suspicious smells give you the heebie jeebies. If you have stayed in an embassy suites in say Glendale CA or San Diego CA you would think you’d be getting the same level of service and standards, you’d be severely wrong. Thr property and cleanliness of guest rooms is atrocious but the front desk reps and breakfast buffet staff were amazing. I feel bad having to lump them in with this honest review of the rooms. I wish I could upload pictures to warn everyone away!

Out of the nearby hotels, I was glad that we selected this one. Even with fully booked, the staff was friendly; able to use the pool; bar food was good. Cons, sofa bed not comfy or with needed linens & a little noisier due to hotel design if you slept in living room.
