Staff friendly, room is clean, but the carpet is old and outdated. It’s needs new carpet or flooring. Also, there was water leaking that was not coming from the toilet but someone else the carpet was wet. Need new dresser, and new appliances in the room such as a refrigerator. Inside was clean but outside looks old.

The property was older but well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. I rented the 2 bedroom suite and it was a great stay, the only downside was that for having a full suite and kitchen there were no dishes or utensils so we still had to eat out instead of being able to make meals in the room, very disappointing (could have went with an airbnb). The pool was nice (not heated). The breakfast was truly continental - they had no hot food like other locations, they only had cereal, breads, muffins, toast, no eggs or waffles or nothing hot - that was also disappointing. The maintenance man was super nice as he came to the room to fix an issue with the TV. All in all, the price was well

Pros: 1. Great customer service. I requested to check in early (11 am) and front desk help me out and accommodated my request. 2. Fridge in the room was not working so i called the front desk and they sent their maintenance to check it out. 10 minites later, they came back with a new fridge. 3. Hotel walking distance from the airpot, mall, restaurants, bars, etc. Cons: 1. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The carpet didnt look like it was vacuum. 2. The table and coffee table were not wiped down. Found drink or food stains on them. 3. Visible mold in the shower (caulking) 4. Stayed for 4 nights and my room was never serviced/cleaned

Location is convenient. Staff were pleasant. Our room was disgusting. It smelled like mold, mildew, and smoke. Very gross. Continental breakfast was toast/bagels, yogurt, and cereal. Don’t recommend staying here

I stayed in room 102 next to elevator that when going up and down was loud and disrupted my sleep throughout the night. Hotel had some deferred maintenance, loose wallpaper, hallway carpets with large wear spots. Breakfast had minimal offerings. But it was across street from airport and shuttle was clean and newer.

More bare bones than it seemed

Overall, the hotel was welcoming and inviting. All the staff was very friendly. However, a few issues were definitely present. We had a bathroom door that squeaked so badly it woke people up at night. There is a kitchen, but absolutely no kitchenware is stocked in it. Some of the furniture was dingy and stained. The sink in the kitchen dripped. They were out of Kleenex, could not bring us a replacement iron, and told us they would have to send up maintenance when we were having trouble turning on the TV. Overall, it felt more bare bones than it looked at first glance.

This property could use updating. It is clean but worn. Rooms are large and comfortable. Shower pressure was fantastic and the towels are like those found in a five-star hotel. The hotel should either do a better job with breakfast or not offer it at all. I would stay again if I was in the area but would eat breakfast elsewhere.

The airport shuttle was great, and the drivers were very helpful and friendly. The hotel breakfast was disappointing. They only served bagels, yogurt, and toast that day. They also ran out of fresh towels when we requested them.

Location was great. Continental breakfast could have okay but was poorly serviced 2 days out of two. Maintenance help was excellent,. Hotel is in transition and corresponding disarray.
