Sip morning coffee while welcoming the sun for the day in the back yard hammock. Frolic in the soft green grass while enjoying a lawn game. Grab the provided SUP boards from the yard and the private association beach pass for nearby Sheep's Pond for some water fun! This home is nestled in quiet wooded privacy yet is only moments from fine dining, clam shacks, shopping, mini golf and more! The main floor of this home holds the well equipped kitchen, dining space, family room with 52" TV, and half bath with a washer and dryer. The large deck with outdoor dining is easily accessible from this living space. Upstairs find the primary bedroom with queen bed, a room with a full bed, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and a bathroom with a custom walk in shower. There is driveway parking for 4 cars.
