Its open kitchen connected to the living area is perfectly equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, deep fryer, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) so you can share good meals. Also enjoy your small enclosed courtyard, ideal during soft summer evenings.



Just opposite your house, you will find an ideal environment to share good moments. Your children can have fun at the playground while you enjoy the petanque court. Manque total de propreté et d'hygiène dans le logement

Il est inadmissible que passant par un organisme spécialisé dans la location avec état des lieux d'entrée et de sortie, personne n'ait constaté, sauf moi, l'état de saleté et de poussière de la plupart des équipements tels que lave-linge, plaques électriques, coussins, lampes, vaisselle, couverts, etc. De ce fait, j'ai dû, pour remédier au manque d'hygiène et de propreté, perdre un temps précieux à tout nettoyer afin de rendre logement et équipements propres et sains et ce, pour un séjour d'1 semaine seulement ! Tous ces contretemps ont été très pénibles pour des vacances où l'on est censé se détendre !! Cela dénote un non respect de la part des loueurs et/ou propriétaires vis-à-vis des clients ! Au vu du prix de la location et de la caution on serait en droit de s'attendre à un meilleur service ! Le détail de tous les défauts constatés a été noté sur la fiche d'état des lieux établie le 13.07.2024 remise au concierge et qu'elle sera portée à la connaissance du propriétaire. Tout cela est fort regrettable, car le personnel de la conciergerie a été cordial et disponible ; le logement est assez bien conçu avec son agréable patio assurant tranquillité sans vis-à-vis, bien qu'un peu loin de la piscine où il serait plus aisé de s'y rendre par un chemin passant au milieu de la "prairie". La résidence est calme, verdoyante, bien paysagée et entretenue ; la proximité parking/habitation est pratique.
