Inside the Home

Living Room
Relax in comfort with two leather recliners, a 72-inch Roku TV, and an electric fireplace that creates the perfect atmosphere for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Dining Area
Enjoy meals beneath an antique chandelier at a rustic table that connects seamlessly to the living room, allowing everyone to gather together. The décor honors the home’s dairy heritage while incorporating touches of Brenham’s and Round Top’s antique charm.

Bedrooms

Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, farmhouse chandelier, shiplap walls, and large windows overlooking the backyard. Includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Second Bedroom: Two twin beds and plenty of natural light for a peaceful rest. Extra mattresses are stored in the closet for flexible sleeping arrangements.
Together, the home comfortably sleeps seven, with the seven-foot living-room couch serving as an optional eighth bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is bright, functional, and fully equipped with a microwave, oven, full-size refrigerator, sink, and coffee bar. Guests are provided bottled water for the Keurig and refrigerator, as the home still draws water from the original well.

Bathroom
The updated bathroom features clean white tile, a full tub, and shower. Complimentary toiletries and fresh towels are provided for a hotel-style stay.

Garden & Backyard
Roses bloom along the fence line, and a chandelier hangs above the picnic table—perfect for romantic dinners, charcuterie, or morning coffee in the open air. Fire rings, yard games, and glowing string lights make the backyard a favorite evening gathering spot.

OTHERTHINGS TO NOTE
The driveway will park approx. 2 cars. If you can park for free on the street. Please don't block the driveway.

Trash comes on Monday. Recycling comes on every other Wednesday.

SAME DAY BOOKINGS:
Please remember that check-in is any time after 4 pm (For same day check-ins, our cleaners need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 4 pm, we will let you know.

Please use our provided bottled water for the Keurig.
Please flush only our provided toilet paper in the toilet.

#1 – Pets
We accept pets on a case by case basis
Pets fees are not a part of your booking fee.
Pet fees are charged separately on the day of check in.
Our pet fee is currently $35 per night per pet
We cap our pet fee at $250 for stays up to 5 days.
Pet fees for stays longer than 5 days will be quoted separately.
Do not leave your pet alone in the house without it being kenneled

#2 – No Smoking
Our house is a smoke-free property. This means no smoking inside or outside.

#3 - Number of Guests
Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under VRBO Insurance and you may be charged an extra fee. This is bad for everyone!

#4 – No Parties
Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise levels must be minimal after 9PM. Violation of this will result in termination of your reservation.

#5 - Please Clean Up Dishes
If you use any dishes during your stay, we would be grateful if you would clean them.

#6 - Check Out is 11AM
Our cleaner will arrive shortly after 11AM to clean the property. We can’t stop her, she is a cleaning machine!

#7 - Lights & AC/Heating
Upon your departure please turn off all lights, electronics, and AC/heating (In the winter please turn to 60, in the summer please turn to 80) when you leave the house each day, and upon check out.

#8. Guests agree to take financial responsibility for any damage done to the property during their stay.
