The Space:

Welcome to our newest accommodation! On a freshly renovated 110 m² you will find 4 spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dining area as well as a modern bathroom with a separate WC. There are 4 comfortable box-spring beds in three separate bedrooms, including two king-size double beds 180 cm wide and two single beds each 90 cm wide.

From the living room you have access to the south-facing balcony with a small covered loggia, and from the master bedroom there is another balcony to the north.

There is a washing machine in the laundry room in the basement, which you can use at no extra charge and share with the guests of the holiday flat opposite.



Guest Access:

The flat on the 2nd floor is reserved just for you; you can meet other residents of the building in the stairwell and laundry room.



Other Things to Note:

NOTE: The accommodation is not yet fully furnished. Some smaller items such as storage furniture, pictures or curtains in the living room are still missing, but will be finalised in the course of March.



Interaction with Guests:

We do not live directly at the accommodation, but in urgent cases we are usually on site within an hour. You can reach us by phone 24/7.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in ruhiger Seitenstrasse in Schwachhausen

Die Wohnung war tip top. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Sie ist allerdings etwas hellhörig.Die Kommunikation zur Buchung u zum Checkin waren sehr gut. Den ausgewiesenen Parkplatz vor dem Haus, teilt man sich mit der FeWhg Nr 2. Beide Autos können nicht zeitgleich vor den Garagen parken, dafür ist die Einfahrt zu schmal. Wir würden die Whg auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad in dit rustige appartement dat toch vlakbij winkels is zoals een supermarkt en een bakker. En vlakbij openbaar vervoer. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er, een fijne badkamer en goede bedden. Bremen was een geweldige verrassing.
