The flat is an incredibly brilliant spot for a shot stay in Bremen! It is located in one of the more beautiful spots of the city and the locals are warm and loving people. The flat is close to the tram/bus stops, close to shops & restaurants -the amazing Bay Café is a stones throw away & it's conveniently located between the town center & the airport.The sunset views from the living room are amazing & the area is very peaceful and serene. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Time in Bremen

This rental was walking distance to The Schnoor region and also a longer walk to the downtown marketplace and Town Hall Center. There is no Uber in Bremen and Taxis were available leaving central areas but not easily available for leaving rental to get to desired parts. Although the tram was right out the front door, with being unfamiliar with bus use and the ongoing rain, we did not want to challange ourselves! It might be beneficial to update your towels. The little ledge entering/exiting the bathroom caused for a minor incident but all is well. Just an FYI perhaps a smooth border will prevent others from being injured Thanks so much for the accomodations

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren Anfang Mai 2023 für eine Woche mit zwei Erwachsenen hier. Die Wohnung ist sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und für einen kurzen Urlaub absolut funktional. Das große Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer war super (wichtig für die Schnarcher). Wir haben genau das vorgefunden, was in der Beschreibung stand. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und das Einschecken hat sehr gut funktioniert. Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen! Die Anbindung an die Öffentlichen ist hervorragend. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss wissen, dass es in diesem Stadtteil quasi keine freien Parkplätze gibt.

Licht und Schatten

Die Vorab-Kommunikation hat reibungs- und verzögerunslos funktioniert. Der Schlüssel lag, wie verabredet, im Schlüsselsafe. Die Umgebung der Wohnung gehört nicht zu den besseren Wohnvierteln. Die Langemarckstrasse ist eine recht große belebte Straße. Dennoch bleibt es im Dachgeschoss innen recht ruhig. Selbst von der Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Haus ist nur wenig zu hören. Nun war es im April ziemlich kalt, daher blieben die Fenster geschlossen. Mit offenem Fenster wird man allerdings kaum Schlaf finden. Das einzige Schlafzimmer (und es steht WIRKLICH in der Annonce: "2 Schlafzimmer") geht nun auch leider zu dieser Straße hinaus. Zum Hinterhof ist es natürlich deutlich ruhiger. In ca. 20 Min. Fußmarsch erreicht man mühelos die Schlachte, wenige Minuten und man ist in der zentralen Innenstadt (Markt, Rathaus, Dom etc.). Insofern ist die Lage prima - man könnte ja sogar auch mit der Straßenbahn fahren. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön aufgeteilt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders angetan haben es uns die Glas-Schalter und -Steckdosen. Sehr edel. Weniger edel war der teilweise schon etwas verlebte Fußboden. Leider achten nur wenige Leute das Eigentum anderer und gehen behutsam damit um. Möglicherweise hat die Wohnung schon mal einen Junggesellenabschied miterleben dürfen. Wenn einmal die obere Schicht des Laminats angegriffen ist, ist der Fußboden in der Regel verloren. Das ist schade und trübt das Gesamtbild ebenso wie der wackelige dünnbeinige Wohnzimmer Esstisch mit dem Charme (und der Furnierplatte) eines 70er Jahre Camping-Klapptisches. Zahlreiche Macken im Furnier lassen die Pressholzplatte darunter zum Vorschein kommen. Besteck und Geschirr sind weitgehend ausreichend, auch wenn man sich vielleicht mehr Kaffe-Pötte gewünscht hätte. Selbst wenn die Wohnung sicherlich für vier Personen ohnehin zu eng wäre (Badezimmer!), wären doch vier Wasser- und Weingläser oder auch Eierbecher angebracht. Das alles ist vielleicht Jammern auf hohem Niveau, hier bewegt sich aber auch der Anspuch des Vermieters, der diese Wohnung als "EXKLUSIVE 2 Zi. Dachgeschosswohnung in Top Lage!" anpreist. Daran muss er sich messen lassen.

Die Ferienwohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und in dem Foto im Internetportal. Der Code für den Schlüsselsafe kam pünktlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, sehr sauber. Die Matratze war sehr gut, die Küche und das Badezimmer sehr modern. In der Wohnung habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sehr saubere Wohnung; Böden und Esstisch abgewohnt; Betten/Matratzen sehr gut; Bad sehr sauber, riecht aber feucht-muffig; Blick aus den Fenstern nach vorne wie hinten eher trist; Fenster am frühen Morgen besser schließen, da trotz 3fach-Verglasung laut durch gröhlende Passanten und Straßenbahn; Gastronomie in der Umgebung reichlich, aber eher Imbissniveau; Schlüsselcode wurde nicht vermittelt, Schlüsselübergabe durch Zufallstreffen mit der Reinigingskraft vor der Haustür unproblematisch; Innenstadt fußläufig in 25-35 Minuten erreichbar, wenn man gern und zügig geht; Straßenbahn fast vor der Tür

Empfehlenswert. Gut gepflegte und ausgestattete Wohnung im oberstem dritten Stock eines Hauses mit gutem Ausblick. Ruhiges Wohnen. Straßenbahnhaltestelle ganz in der Nähe, drei Haltestellen bis in die Stadtmitte.

Ideal für ein paar schöne Tage!!!

Die Unterkunft bietet eine schöne Lage. Mit dem Auto als auch den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in wenigen Augenblicken in der Innenstadt oder in Bahnhofsnähe! Ein Manko für mich als zweifache Mutter waren die abendlichen Treffpunkte mit augenblicklich großem Alkoholkonsum, die mir persönlich nicht zugesagt haben. Es gab aber weder störende Eskapaden in der Nacht noch irgendwelche anderen Auffälligkeiten sodass es nur ein rein persönlichen Eindruck widerspiegelt! Nichts desto trotz wären wir sehr zufrieden, mit dem Service vor Ort, der Problemlosigkeit, dass wir doch eine Person mehr waren als ursprünglich gedacht und dem Apartment! Vielen Dank dafür! Freundliche Grüße

Bremen Freundliche Stadt

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war freundlich, funktional und hell. Für Selbstversorger war die Küche jedoch etwas spärlich eingerichtet. Für ältere Menschen ist der "Aufstieg" in den 3. Stock etwas beschwerlich. Wir haben uns trotz allem in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt und würden auch wiederkommen.

Zentral, modern, praktisch

Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt für ein paar Tage. Positiv aufgefallen: Gemütliches Bett, bequemes Schlafsofa, wirklich gute Schallisolierung, Küche mit guter Ausstattung, kleines funktionales Bad, WLAN gratis, ausreichend Platz, stilvoll modern chic eingerichtet. Negativ aufgefallen: Sehr schlechter TV Empfang, zu kleiner Müll ( und nur einer, da ist Mülltrennung schwierig), der Abzug im Bad riecht öfters nach Zigarettenqualm ( ob es von woanders aus dem Haus hochzieht?) und der Boden ist etwas verlebt oder in die Jahre gekommen, Duschvorhang ist nicht ganz so hygienisch Unterm Strich haben wir zentral und gut gewohnt zu einem fairen Preis Leistungsverhältnis und der Vermieter hat schnell geantwortet, wenn es Fragen gab.
