Villa Belvédère: Pool, Spa, Panoramic View, Sleeps 8 in Brem

IMPORTANT: As of June, 2026, Villa Belvédère will be able to accommodate up to 15 people thanks to a superb extension. For any stay starting from this date (even if the booking is made beforehand), the system will display a capacity of 8 people, but the actual pricing and capacity will allow for 15 guests.
Perched on the heights of Brem-sur-Mer, in a calm and residential environment, Villa Belvédère lives up to its name. With its dominant position, it offers a privileged setting, bathed in light and relaxation, just minutes from the ocean, beaches, and forest. With its bohemian-chic atmosphere, it is the ideal retreat to recharge in front of the horizon.

LIVING TOGETHER: LIGHT AND BOHEMIAN CHIC

The living spaces are designed for conviviality. The dining room, flooded with natural light thanks to its large bay window, opens directly onto the pool area. The living room, with its carefully curated bohemian-chic decor, invites absolute relaxation. For gourmets, the kitchen is fully equipped and complemented by a very practical utility room serving as a laundry and storage space.

COMFORT AND PRIVACY: THE SLEEPING AREA

The villa currently offers 4 beautiful bedrooms spread over two levels, ensuring comfort and privacy for all:

Ground Floor:

1 Master Suite: Double bed (160x200), large walk-in closet, and spacious private bathroom with Italian shower, bathtub, and separate toilet.
1 Double Bedroom: Double bed (160x200) with storage closet.

Upstairs:

2 Twin Bedrooms: Each equipped with 2 single beds (90x200) and closets.
1 Bright shower room and 1 separate toilet complete this floor.

AN OUTDOOR PARADISE DEDICATED TO WELL-BEING

The outdoor spaces of Villa Belvédère are exceptional. You will enjoy a magnificent outdoor pool (open and heated from April to September, weather permitting), a real spa (hot tub), and a sauna for moments of pure relaxation.

The perfectly arranged terraces invite you to live outdoors: dining area, "chill" space for aperitifs, plancha, and barbecue. Finally, the pétanque court and children's games promise unforgettable moments with family or friends.

CONCIERGE FEES AND TOURIST TAX

To ensure hotel-quality standards and complete transparency, essential services are managed directly by our concierge service, "Les Clefs de l'Océan," after your booking.
Mandatory Fees (Essential Services):

End-of-Stay Cleaning (Mandatory): 150 euros per stay. (The accommodation must still be left in good condition: clean dishes and emptied trash.)
Linen and Household Package (Mandatory): 10 euros per person. This package includes bed linen (beds made upon arrival), towels (1 large and 1 small towel per person), and kitchen towels.
Tourist Tax (Mandatory): Variable depending on your booking.
Security Deposit: 2,000 euros (only pre-authorized on your bank card before arrival, amount not debited).

Comfort Options (Upon Request):

Early arrival (subject to availability): 50 euros.
Late departure (subject to availability): 50 euros.
Additional cleaning during your stay: 39 euros per hour.
Pets (under 25 kg): 15 euros per stay.
