APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Modern, bright 1½ room apartment with a balcony in sunny and quiet location in Maloja.
From the entrance you enter the open-plan living area with a dinning table, cosy couch nook, smart TV (please bring your own login details with you), and kitchen.
There is one (bed) sofa in the living room à 120 cm wide. To reach the bedroom, there are 3 stairs to a little room on a higher level. Mattress and topper are made of natural materials (e.g. virgin sheep's wool)
The room has a 160 cm ceiling height, so you may wish to use it as a guest room.
The modern bathroom has a tub with integrated shower, toilet/bidet/sink.
1 garage space (height 200cm) belongs to the apartment, skis and bicycles can be parked in the underground garage.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Ciäsa Bitabergh is a modern stone front house, located on the left-hand side in the middle of the village. There is a small grocery store opposite of the house.


VILLAGE DESCRIPTION

Here at the border with Italian-speaking Switzerland, locals and visitors cherish the relaxed atmosphere, the spirit of great painters – the nature and culture of the pass landscape, and traditionally made sausages.
As the starting point of the Engadin Ski Marathon, Maloja is also a paradise for cross-country skiers.
The little village at the top of the eponymous pass leading to the unspoilt Val Bregaglia is heaven for children – and their parents, too. At the tourist information office you can book pizza-baking courses for kids and the sunny local ski area, Aela, is also wonderfully family-friendly.
But not only families feel at home in this glorious natural setting. The fascinating play of light and shadow has long attracted artists. Giovanni Segantini chose the landscape around Maloja as the subject for many of his paintings, and made the village is final home. Another artist who worked here was Giovanni Giacometti, the father of Alberto. Their spirit continues to inspire visitors to this day, through exhibitions, readings and concerts.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sonnig und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Ein Wemutstropfen ist, dass der Autoverkehr über den Malojapass direkt am Haus vorbeiführt.Mit der niedrigen Raumhöhe des Schlafzimmers sind wir besser zurecht gekommen, als vermutet.

Flexible Schlüsselübergabe und Retourgabe, hat uns den letzten Tag enorm verlängert. alles Top In all den Jahren gescheut nach Maloja aufgrund der Lawinengefahr im Winter. Jetzt im Herbst das erste Mal Maloja und gerne wieder. Das Bitabergh ist eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung mit allem drin was es braucht.

Ganzer Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam und schön! :-) Schlüsselrückgabe könnte noch verbessert werden für ÖV Reisende bei der Abreise. Heizung im Wohnzimmer funktionierte nicht. (Es war sehr kühl in den ersten Tagen) Ansonsten super!

Stets freundlicher und kompetenter Kontakt von Loga, sowohl telefonisch als auch vor Ort. Danke sehr! Dank der guten ÖV-Verbindungen und der inbegriffenen engadine-mobil Karte sind wir überall im Tal hin und her mit ÖV gereist - und das Auto durfte die ganze Woche in der Garage geblieben. Wohnung schön ruhig auch wenn an der Hauptstrasse. Gut gelegen, zwei Bushaltestellen in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Lebensmittelladen gerade gegenüber, auch mit frischem Brot - super. Sehr gut gelegen insbesondere für Langläufler:innen.

Die Tiefgaragenplätze in Bithaberg sind wohl fest vergeben (?!). Ein Hausbewohner klärte uns etwas verärgert auf. Dies könnten Sie künftigen Mietern bei der Schlüsselübergabe mitteilen. Zur Wohnung gehörender Platz ist anscheinend der hinterste Stellplatz. :) :)
