Inselhafen - holiday home near the beach! - Island port

Our semi-detached house is located at the historic spa park of Juliusruh, only 350m from the beach. On the ground floor there is a small bedroom with a double bed (140x190) with a TV. The bathroom with shower is directly opposite. You can make yourself comfortable in the spacious living-dining room with open kitchen. Enjoy in front of the large TV with Blu-Ray player on the comfortable sofas or at the large table in the bay window. In the colder season, the gas fireplace provides pleasant warmth and coziness. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, a stove with an induction hob and oven, a microwave and a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. You will also find a coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, various pots, pans and other kitchen helpers. Children's dishes and cutlery are also available. The ground floor is designed without thresholds: threshold-free entrance and terrace access. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200) and the other with two single bunk beds (90x200). In both bedrooms you will also find a TV. A cot (60x120) and a high chair are available for the very little ones. After a long walk in winter, you can warm up in the spacious sauna or bathroom on the upper floor and then enjoy the fresh air on the balcony. The garden is completely fenced, so you can let your four-legged friend run free. In the garden shed you will find four bicycles, a children's bike seat and a handcart with beach toys as well as a Weber electric grill. On the terrace there is a table with six chairs, an umbrella, two loungers and two Adirondack chairs on the balcony. Additional laundry packages can be booked for € 16.30 / person. Sauna towel and a bathrobe (either size S / M or L / XL) can be borrowed for a fee of € 10. A washer dryer ensures fresh laundry, if necessary. The house is equipped with underfloor heating and descaling system.
