Lage hervoragend

Kontaktperson freundlich, jedoch erst nach mühevoller suche nach einer Telefonnummer zu erreichen. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, weil die nahe Strandlage positiv. Jedoch fehlten trotz guter Ausstattung grundlegend wichtige Informationen in der Ferienwohnung. Z.B. ein Schlüsselbund dessen Bedeutung nicht festzustellen war. Auch stand nur ein Schlüssel für die Fewo zur Verfügung.

Ferienwohnung Romantica Juliusruh

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in ihrem Objekt. Es war eine sehr schöne entspannte Zeit in ihrer wirklich sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Wie kommen gerne irgendwann wieder! Vielen Dank

Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand, aber Punktabzug wegen Sauberkeit sowie Kommunikation mit der Agentur

Die Wohnung an sich ist gut geschnitten und schick eingerichtet. Die Geräte sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen (der Kühlschrank brummt schon ziemlich laut, die Spülmaschine ist ebenfalls laut, der Herd braucht ziemlich lange, um heiß zu werden, die Kaffeemaschine ist nicht die schnellste). Aber alles funktionstüchtig. Die Duscheköpfe im Bad müssten mal ausgetauscht werden, es tropft und spritzt in alle Richtungen... auch die Betten bzw. die Matratzen könnten ausgetauscht werden, sind viel zu weich und in der Mitte, zwischen den Matratzen habe ich eine Decke zusammengerollt reingesteckt, sonst würde unser Kind in einer Spalte schlafen müssen. Fußbodenheizung ist toll und funktioniert sehr gut. Genug Geschirr und Besteck, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren sauber. Ein großer Balkon mit Liege und Gartenmöbel. Leider stand dort ein Aschenbecher voller Zigarettenresten. Allgemein lässt die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung was zu wünschen übrig. Wurde bestimmt staubgesaugt, aber definitiv nicht gewischt. Das durfte ich gleich selbst erledigen und das Wasser war schon sehr dreckig. Ein No Go für eine (klein)kinderfreundliche Ferienwohnung, da die Kinder öfters mal auf dem Fußboden spielen/sitzen. Es gibt dort übrigens keinen Wischmob, nur ein Staubsauger. Die Toilette durfte auch von mir gereinigt werden, da dort gelbe Flecken zu finden waren... :-[ Kommunikation mit der Agentur hatte ich auch schon deutlich besser gehabt. Im Grunde genommen ging es immer nur ums Geld oder unsere Daten für die Gästekarten, meine Fragen wurden nicht beantwortet. Wir haben dort leider unseren Bettrausfallschutz vergessen und um eine Rückmeldung gebeten, ob ein Versand möglich wäre. Keine Reaktion. Sowie die anderen meine 2 Mails wegen Hochstuhl. Der Hochstuhl ist übrigens da gewesen, nicht aufgebaut sowie das Babybett auch. Hab schon andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Man fühlt sich einfach besser und willkommen, wenn einige Dinge, die ja schon bei der Buchung offensichtlich sind, bereits aufgebaut sind. Schade. Die Lage ist toll! Ruhig, man hört das Meer rauschen und ist binnen 2-3 Minuten an dem Strand.
