Prinzipiell OK bis auf Kleinigkeiten

Die Ferienwohnung ist prinzipiell gut ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und gut gelegen. Es gibt Fahrradraum und Waschmaschine. Kleinigkeiten stören aber: Ein Terrassenstuhl fehlt, es gibt keinen Wäscheständer zum Trocknen von Badetüchern etc. Badtür ist nicht abschließbar, es ist ein komischer Kinder-WC-Suitz verbaut. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer knarzt bei der kleinsten Bewegung als würde es gleich zusammenbrechen. Es gibt zwar ein Radio, das hat aber keine Antenne.

Wohnung sehr schön. Hier und da müssten ein par schönheits Reparaturen erledigt werden. Es gibt einen Separaten Raum um Räder ect. ab zustellen. Einen Raum mit Waschmaschiene und Trockner gibt es auch. Gegen kleine Gebühr zu nutzen. Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck und Küchenutensilien ausreichend vorhanden. Leider gibt es nur für 1 Fahrzeug einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Sonnige Tage

Mit dem Wetter hatten wir richtig Glück und konnten viel mit dem Rad erfahren. Insofern war für uns der Fahrradraum wichtig. Die Tiefgarage ist großzügig, so dass auch ein Kleinwagen mit Fahrradträger (AHK) problemlos Platz hat. Lediglich die Ein-/Ausfahrt ist nicht so schön gelöst. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht, allerdings nagt so langsam der Zahn der Zeit am Mobiliar. Ein ordentlicher Besen und Klammern für den Wäscheständer wären auch hilfreich gewesen. Aber wir wollen nicht nur meckern und möchten die schöne und ruhige Lage betonen. Von hier aus kann man tolle Unternehmungen starten. Deshalb haben wir die Terrasse nur zum Trocknen der Badesachen genutzt. Gute Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar und durchaus empfehlenswert.

Stürmischer Ostseeurlaub in behaglicher FEWO

Wir waren diesen Oktober Gäste in der FEWO Boddenzauber. Uns hat diese sehr gefallen. Aufgrund des stürmischen Wetters war das sehr gute W-LAN unser bester Freund. Die Ausstattung und der Zustand ließ keine großen Wünsche offen. Wir waren etwas unerfahren, da die erste FEWO und hatten zuwenig Küchenuntensilien wie Spüli, Geschirrhandtücher, Spülertabs etc. dabei. Diese ließen sich aber im Dorfshop im Nu besorgen. Sehr hat uns die EG Lage mit Terrasse und TG Platz gefallen.

Ferienwohnung hat einen tollen Blick auf den Bodden und ist 2 Gehminuten vom Hafen entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr umfangreich. Waschmaschine und Trockner, Tiefgarage sowie ein Abstellraum für Fahrräder ist vorhanden. Außenanlagen sind sauber und gepflegt. Alle unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Vielen Dank !

Wir waren nicht zufrieden,der Zustand mancher Gegenstände waren nicht gut.der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer war schlecht,man hätte ihn fast in der Hand, duschkabiene kaputt,das dadurch Wasser auslief.küchenausstattung sehr dürftig, kein gutes Besteck vorhanden.ind die Reinigung ließ auch zu wünschen übrig,es waren der Kühlschrank schmutzig,der vormüll vom Vermieter war noch da u.s.w.die Gartenmöbel waren auch defekt,nicht nutzbar.
