Our family loves our annual vacations to Grand Timber Lodge (GTL)! While we are unable to use our time this year, we know YOU will create wonderful memories together here because GTL caters to people of all ages and abilities with their on-site activities and amenities including: ski lockers, 2 year-round swimming pools, 6 hot tubs, day spa, exercise facility, pool table, theater rooms, Lodgepole Bar & Grill, mini store, children's playground (some amenities have a charge). TWO underground heated parking spaces are included with the rental!

The 1200 SF two-bedroom suite residence sleeps 8 and includes a king bed in the master suite, a queen bed and sleeper sofa in the studio suite, and a sleeper sofa in the main suite, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, gas fireplace, private balcony, in-unit washer/dryer, master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and in-unit washer/dryer.

GTL is conveniently positioned between Peaks 8 and 9 of Breckenridge Ski Resort for easy mountain access. You can ski to the Snowflake Chairlift in the morning, then ski back via the Lower Sawmill trail.

GTL is a short walking distance from Main Street restaurants and shopping in Breckenridge. GTL also provides a free shuttle service!

Renter must be over the age of 25. Renter will be required to present a credit card for damage deposit and incidentals at check-in. Renter is responsible for any damages to unit, telephone connection fees, long distance charges, personal charges, and applicable amenities usage or upgraded housekeeping fees. NO Pets allowed. This is a non smoking resort.
