This ground-level beauty’s giant deck is directly on the Four O’Clock ski run. Located at the 800 block of Four O'Clock Road, Breckenridge, CO, it offers Fantastic hiking trails and a mountain bike trail! Surround yourself in a lovely old-growth forest with massive trees while relaxing on the deck to enjoy the views!



Roll out of bed and into your hiking shoes. This true ski-in/ski-out is perfect! Located on the 4 O'Clock Run (green), walk down the steps off the deck onto the slope and walk to the free town shuttle. The shuttle is also so close if you want to check out Main Street aprés hiking, mountain biking, or relaxing.



This is a generous, 1124 square foot 2-bedroom condo in one of the most desired buildings in Breck - Tyra A. The rarest amenities (elevator, true ski-in-out, in-unit laundry) make this unit an especially great choice for parties with young kiddos, elderly folks, or those who appreciate convenience when traveling! Check in was super easy. We had everything we needed for our entire stay. The kitchen also had all the pots/pans/utensils that we needed to cook meals. Would definitely recommend. We were there in the summer, but I’m sure it would be great in the winter time as well.

This was a fantastic place for our group. The property let us know as soon as the place was ready (early) which was much appreciated. The teens were on the slopes from open to close, just stopping in to re-fuel. The only slight issue is the 110 dryer. It takes sooooooooo long. But, definitely not a major issue at all.

True skiing ski off

Great location, 4 o clock trail right off the back porch. Takes you to snowflake lift or down to gondola. Super responsive staff - literally a few minutes to respond back (via text or phone) when we had questions during our stay. Unit is a bit dated - old furniture and linens, very old and inefficient dryer could use an update for sure, but overall, we had a great stay. Thanks!

Nice condo

We only got to stay at this house a couple of hours before plumbing issues forced us to pack up and go somewhere else. It was okay because they found us another place. That was after several phone calls to get to the right person. Other place was very nice. It was disappointing though because we really wanted this place because of limited stairs and living quarters all on one level. This next place was all stairs. It was difficult because my husband has had 3 knee replacements. All in all worked out I guess. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding so definitely the added stress made things tricky. All worked out I guess

Awesome Stay!

From the moment I booked this was the most pleasant experience. The condo was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Very clean with a nice garage to park my truck in. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night, yet not far from downtown Breck. When I’m back in Breck next summer I will definitely try to book the same place!! Highly recommend!!

We had a great summer family get away to Breckenridge! The condo is very clean and very spacious for our family of 5! Kids loved the bunk room and pool/hot tub. Many great hiking trails near the property we were able to walk to and go! Our patio was closed during our stay and the hair dryers so not work, otherwise it was perfect!

Wonderful … but

The best afternoon was also the afternoon that the patio was being refurbished with sanders that made it impossible to prepare our evening meal. They worked till 630 because of daylight! We have appreciated a note or message to realign our vacation’s menu!
