Expedia description of property did not mention limited parking but free parking included. We had two cars and had to park second cars miles away for a few.
Management and HOA need a better partnership and plan when distrubence to client crosses the line. HOA experienced a malfunctioning sprinkler system, which for 3 nights at 1130pm and 530am sounded like a firehose slamming against the back of our condo for 30min each occurrence. Original contact with management mentions they have no control over this as it's an HOA issue. As a client spending $xxxx, management should work to resolve the issue regardless which side of the line it falls on bottom line.
Faulting dishwasher - contact management regarding wet kitchen floor, maintenance came and found faulty dishwasher and told would be contact what next to do. We never heard back and had to reach out to management again to ensure they were aware.
This experience has left us disappointed with our visit to Breckenridge and especially Breckenridge Resort Management. I have enjoyed visiting Breckenridge over the years from snowboarding, mountain biking, and mountain climbing. Rest and comfort is paramount to our visits and this trip missed that mark by 14,000ft.
