Welcome to Grand Timber Lodge (GTL), a five-star resort with ski-in/ski-out access to/from Peaks 8 and 9 at Breckenridge, Colorado. The three-bedroom unit provides privacy and convenience and is located on Peak 8. It includes a master bedroom with king bed a second bedroom with a queen bed and queen sofa in the living room and a third bedroom with queen bed and queen sofa, and there are three bathrooms, There is a fully functioning kitchen, with Fridge, microwave, 4 burner stove, dishwasher, and in-unit laundry. and a separate dining area that seats six. The rental also provides parking in a heated, underground garage for two cars, ski lockers, full access to all resort facilities (multiple pools, Jacuzzis, gyms, pool table, on site private movie theaters, bar and restaurant, etc). Enjoy all of the conveniences of being at home while taking advantage of a 24 hour front desk and all of the amenities Grand Timber Lodge has to offer. There is free shuttle service from the lodge to downtown that runs until 11 PM. The resort also features a restaurant, and ski shop and is located just steps from the Snowflake chairlift and a short distance from Breckenridge's Historic Main Street, Grand Timber Lodge is the ideal setting for a most memorable holiday vacation.

    Roomy space close to Breckinridge ski tesort

    We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and it was so roomy and had all the amenities that we needed. We made breakfast & lunch everyday in our room and ordered take out for supper. Due to Covid restrictions in Breckinridge, carry out was definitely the best option. The resort is less than 5 minutes from downtown and all the restaurants, grocery store & shops. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the “ski in/ski out” listing. Ski in is doable if you can navigate the right trail, but ski out is not accurate. You only have to walk a couple of blocks, but it is not quite ski out.

    Great Location, Great Value!

    We really enjoyed our time at Grabd a timber Lodge. Tons of things to do for kids, really friendly staff, and proximity to lifts all made Grand Timber a great place to stay.
