The Grand Colorado on Peak 8 is the newest ski in / ski out resort in Breckenridge. It is at the Peak 8 base. The Rocky Mountain SuperChair and the Colorado SuperChair are right outside the door. Both are high-speed lifts. There are two additional lifts (5-Chair and Rip's Ride) to access beginner terrain.
This rental is for a One Bedroom Studio that features a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, flat-screen LCD TVs and a kitchenette.
The resort has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and several slope-side hot tubs. It also has Private Theaters for free use. There is a full service Spa, Fitness center, and a Tavern/Restaurant on site.
Parking is included in a heated garage on-site, but you do not need a car. The resort has shuttle service and the gondola to town is right outside.

perfect location for skiing
This property is located at the base of the Rocky Mountain Super Chair. The location could not be better. easy ski in and ski out. Free shuttle runs to town. The property was perfect inside- clean modern and comfortable. Charles and Beth were wonderful to work with. They are currently doing construction on a new building next door but we could not hear anything from this beautiful condo.
