The worst mattresses in the world!!
The only thing this unit has going for it is the location. Beyond that, it’s not worth the money. The mattresses on the bed and pull-away couch are AWFUL, the bedding is worn out and in need of replacement, and there were no amenities beyond small bars of soap, not even a sample sized bottle of shampoo. I would not stay in this unit again and would not recommend it.

Great location!
We are from the south were everyone is extremely friendly so my perspective may be a little skewed., but.... we arrived in Breckenridge knowing that a winter storm was on the way!! We had talked about what we were going to do. We decided we would just ride it out and get out when we could get back to Denver. We had a j4x4 and we confident that when the roads were open we could make it back. I asked the lady checking us in if we couldn’t get out because of the weather what could we do? Could we pay for the extra nights if we had to stay. She said no. Because there would be people coming in. Ok I get that, but if we could not get out, could people get in?? She didn’t say hey call this number or maybe somewhere else would have something available. Nothing. We ended up leaving a day early to get back to Denver while we could!! Really disappointing 😩 The directions she gave us to the condo was terrible!! Had to stop and ask and they showed us how to get to the garage. Maybe she is an amazing lady, just having a bad day!! We all do sometimes!!On the positive side the condo was great! Location could not have been better!!right across from peak 9 base and right off Main Street!! Fireplace small balcony. Indoor garage. I would definitely stay there again!!

great location. uncomfortable bed
I've stayed in this building before and it's great and very convenient to everything. Unfortunately, this room was not the best. Primarily the bed was very uncomfortable, old, and had scratchy sheets. I'm not super picky when it comes to beds but it was pretty bad. Also, the thermostat must have something wrong with it because even though it was turned down and very cold outside, the room was unbearably hot most of the time.

Great Location!
The loft is in great shape and designed well for a one bedroom. The location is right across the street from The Village Hotel. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the lifts. There is covered parking as well as a ski locker. You get a beautiful view of peak 9 off the balcony along with being able to watch all the skiers getting ready for their runs. There are several great restaurants and bars on the same block, across the street and along main street. Ski renatal is discounted and is on the first floor of this building.
