A new Memory Foam Queen Bed in the Main bedroom and 3 twins and Full bed in the bunk room make it all comfy. The hot tub is just out side the condo for your relaxation to start or end the day! A brand new electric fireplace is also a wonderful touch of ambiance. The condo has parking for 2 vehicles and is just a mile from downtown or the base of Peak 8 at the resort! Make the most of your vacation and maximize your time out and about and hop on the free shuttle that pics up outside! StayLTD manages several other condos in the complex! Great experience

We booked this for a snowboard trip over spring break and specifically appreciated the double bunk bed room. The location was perfect and convenient…1 bus stop away from Peak 8. The unit was just as pictured and the beds were very cozy. Our host Brett was excellent with communication. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay.

The property was easy to get to once located correct building. The area overall area seemed smaller than expected for 8 people. When presented with an issue regarding the rental the person only respond one time and no solutions or options were offered. We had to handle the situation and solution completely on our own. I expected better from an vrbo booking.

Family ski trip for Spring Break

Great mattresses. The space needs updating as some of the fixtures, cabinets, and the shower are very dated. Pretty convenient to the bus drop off. The carpeted living room was a big hit for our 10mos old. Bret was good at communicating. Initial instructions to open the door could be clearer (the lock is not intuitive the first time you’re using it).

Breck Getaway

Excellent location, walking distance to main street, only 0.5m from peak 8 with bus stop access close. We had an issue with the gas fireplace and Brett fixed it the next day. Place is a little smaller than we expected, but was roomy enough for just the two of us.

Easy to reach Bret, and lots of nice small touches throughout, but the fireplace didn't work and the hot tub is closed for Covid. Apparently I was supposed to see somewhere that the hot tub was closed, so I thought I'd post this here to help others in the future.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was in prime location from downtown and in a cute area. Brett was great at communicating and quick to respond when I had questions. He even arranged so we could check in early! The only issue we had was trying to find the hot tub... we found it the next morning. Will definitely be back!

Great Value

Great value, great location. Brett was very responsive and everything went extremely smooth from start to finish. With so many properties to choose from, my search will definitely be easier next year as I'll simply start with Brett.
