Great location

Large condo with everything you need. We parked our rental car and never got back in it until we were leaving. Literally steps away from the bus stop. Went anywhere we wanted without driving. Comfortable stay. Would rent again.

Great Experience! So happy with everything!

We had a group of 10 people (4 adults, 6 kids). This location was perfect. Very spacious for our size group. The rooms were on difference floors, which was nice for each family to have personal space. The host was great at communicating, extremely friendly, and attentive. We were in town one of the busiest weekends of the year and parking was no issue. No matter the time of day, we were able to get spots close to the door no problem!

Steps from free transit, stocked kitchen, roomy, fireplaces on all 3 floors! My only complaint is the mattresses. All mattresses are sagging and need to be replaced. Given that we spent our days on the slopes, sleep wasn’t terribly compromised.

Great location

Great location and ease of access to the bus line for the Breck. Easily sleeps 8 people. The living and kitchen areas are tight for 8, but it works. It is a bit dated and in need of some new pots, pans, dishes, etc; but again it is all functional and a great location for skiing. I would rent it again.

Family Reunion

We chose this location for a family reunion so that we could be near extended family renting other properties in the area. This townhome was large enough to accommodate my mother, my oldest brother and his family and me and my immediate family. It was nice to have so many bathrooms and the 2 sets of bunk beds for us having so many teens with us. Will definitely stay again in the future

Spacious and well stocked

Functional space for us with 5 family members. Well stocked kitchen, including basics like coffee filters salt and pepper. Reserved (outdoor) parking, extremely helpful host. Fireplace in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, primary bedroom is on the 3rd floor (we were exhausted every time we climbed the stairs due to the altitude). Furnishings are all functional and beds are comfortable.

Great location clean house

The communication with the owner was the best I have had, she was very informative and quick to respond. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware making our meals was a breeze. The location being steps away from the shuttle was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this property to a friend and will stay here again.

Nice Condo, Close to Town, Plenty of Space

Had a nice short stay in this close-to-town condo in the summer. House is fully stocked with working laundry, full kitchen, and deck. Off street parking provided, and a short walk to Main Street Breck. Recommend.

Excellent Property Manager

We had a slight hiccup upon check in but the owners more than addressed the issue and did so very quickly. The property was perfect for us. We basically needed a good place to stay that was walkable to town and this property checked those boxes. We only had 4 adults staying but it would easily host two full families. A nice mix between close to town and still having a mountain hiking trail right behind the unit. There are certainly fancier places to stay in Breck but this was a nice comfortable place to stay.

Great place!!

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Fit all of us perfectly and there was plenty of room to be comfortable. Landlord was awesome with answering all my questions quickly and in detail about Breckinridge especially with Covid. Would recommend to families and definitely want to stay here again!
