Relax at cozy cabin with mountain views and backing up onto to National Forest . Just a few miles from Breckenridge lifts. All year round fun. Easy mountain trail access. Perfect place to enjoy nature.


The front deck is equipped with outdoor furniture and grill.

Paved outdoor patio with outdoor seating and fire pit provides great ambiance to enjoy time with family and friends or enjoy the snow white mountain in the winter or wildflowers in the summer time.

Wild animals may be spotted at times particularly moose that like to bathe in the beaver pond across from the cabin.

For your convenience we have a one car garage that you are welcome to park in. The driveway provides 3-4 more parking spots .

For the security of both hosts and guests we have one security camera in the front porch that will be on during your stay. We have one in the back patio that does not face the hot tub. These are only viewed when needed. No cameras inside home or private areas. Back patio camera can be turned off upon request.

Excellent family home and location within 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge. Pet friendly. Would suggest owner establish area to the rear of home that is manicured for pets.

Wonderful home in Blue River!

This is a gorgeous home just 5 minutes outside of Breck. We (two adults, toddler, and dog) stayed for two weeks and wish we could have stayed longer. The home is loaded with high-end appliances and fixtures, with all the amenities your family will need. The master bedroom is absolutely fantastic, with a huge king bed, automated shades, and a large shower. The living room is comfortable for evening relaxing, and the two upstairs rooms are spacious and bright. Outside the home is a large porch for watching the woods and hiking is literally just a few steps away into the national forest. We will definitely be coming back to this property in both the summer and winter. Thank you for such a wonder stay!!

Blue river getaway

We had a great trip to this Blue River getaway. Off the beaten path which made for a nice mountain vibe. Lots of extra linens, pillow, towels and blankets and heated towel racks! Master bedroom is spacious and all the beds are very comfortable. Great communication from the host up to, during and after check out. Heated floors, brand new kitchen with brand new cuisine art and kitchen aid products. Big kitchen table for all guests to gather around for meals and games. Highly recommend!

Weekend ski trip

The property is even nicer than the photos! Such a beautiful home. Plenty of space for my friends and I to hang out and have our own personal spaces...Super close to town/mountains the only issue is having to beat the traffic of everyone else trying to get to the mountain! Owners were very kind and helpful even at 7 in the morning.
