Getaway to Breckenridge, Colorado and stay in the beautiful Grand Timber Lodge resort nestled in the mountains just a minute from the ski lifts. Put your car away in the heated garage and take the shuttles to the slopes or to town.
Christy Sports is on site for all your ski/snowboard gear requirements.
Not in to skiing/snowboarding, or just taking a day off, go to the indoor-outdoor pool and the multiple hot tubs both in and outdoors. All concrete walk ways are heated, so no worries of slipping on ice or walking on snow between pools!
Kids waterlogged? There's a new game room complete with air hockey, pinball and many video games! Inside the game room are FOUR PRIVATE movie theaters! Just choose a movie and ask the front desk for a reservation.
Hungry but don't want to leave the Lodge? Just go to the Boot Saloon for some great food and beverage. Look for their daily drink specials! Rather fix your own food for your family? Do that in your own fully furnished kitchen with 8 place settings. There are also many grills on site for your use.
Don't want to bring 7 days of clothing? Don't! A stackable washer/dryer is there for you.
Still need more physical fitness despite the skiing? A fitness center is available with treadmills, bikes, free weights, and cable machines, etc. Towels and water provided.
Your accommodations are spacious with an open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen. The counter space is spacious enough to both prepare dinner while keeping others entertained. A dining room table is also available for meals, playing board games or building puzzles. There are TVs in the living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a king size bed. (Need another bed? Use the pull-out couch). The bedroom leads into a 2 sink vanity and a deep Jacuzzi tub. The shower (Large enough for two and a shower head for each!) and toilet can be accessed from the bedroom or the hallway and have another sink. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided by the facility! Of course, so are the towels, and not only for use in your "home" but also for the pool!
Cold after returning from the slopes, turn on the fireplace! It will warm you and dry your socks!
