Einfach eine Wohlfühloase

Pros: Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, in dieser wunderschönen Dachgeschosswohnung zu übernachten, und es war einfach perfekt! Die Wohnung ist hell, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf den Nussberg – wirklich ein Highlight! Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der Ausstattung: Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer darauf bedacht, all unsere Wünsche zeitnah und mit viel Wertschätzung umzusetzen. Selten haben wir uns so willkommen gefühlt. Der Check-In war darüber hinaus super einfach, verständlich und extrem entspannt – so begann unser Aufenthalt direkt stressfrei. Diese Wohnung und der Gastgeber verdienen definitiv mehr als 5 Sterne! Wir können sie jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon darauf, wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung!

Gepflegtes Haus in guter Lage mit Nähe zur Innenstadt

Pros: Schöne Dachwohnung in einem gepflegten Haus in guter, ruhiger Wohnlage. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Innenstadt von Braunschweig ist in etwa 2,5km Entfernung sehr gut zu erreichen. Aufmerksamer, kümmernder Vermieter mit Blick für den Gast. Cons: Minimale Küchenausstattung.

Ruhiges Wohnen nach anstrengendem Arbeitstag

Pros: Die Lage im Malerviertel ist sehr nett, Blick in die Gärten der Umgebung, dementsprechend ruhig in der Nacht, gerade, wenn man geschäftlich unterwegs ist. Für eine Person ideal, kleine Küche für Snacks und Abendbrot, Frühstück perfekt geeignet. Lage zu Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut, nette Umgebung, freundliche Vermieter, gut durchdachte Abholung des Schlüssels, Parkplatz am Hause (brauchte ich zwar nicht), nette Wohnstraße, sogar in zu Fuß Distanz zu Läden, Kneipen und Bürgerpark, Wohnung sauber, ordentlich und durchdacht Cons: Nur zwei winzige Punkte, die mich nicht betroffen haben (Aufstieg in die Wohnung, viele Treppen, man sollte fit sein) und evtl. für 2 Personen nicht so leicht mit dem Bett, aber ich war ja alleine und außerdem geschäftlich vor Ort. Im Urlaub ist man sowieso mehr unterwegs, nach einem Arbeitstag eher zu Hause/bzw. in der Unterkunft.
