Schöne Hotel- und Poolanlage, saubere Zimmer

Schöne und weitläufige Thermal-Poolanlage im auch extern zugänglichen Thermalpark mit 10 Pools innen und außen, mehrere Thermalbecken, Kinderbecken, große Rutschenlandschaft, Animation für Kinder und Wassergymnastik wird angeboten, ebenso Massagen etc. (gegen Aufpreis). An einem Badesee mit Wassersportangebot wurde gebaut. Vielfältiges Getränke- und Verpflegungs(Imbiss-)angebot im Thermalpark (toll: viele alkoholfreie Cocktails!). An den Wochenenden bei heißem Wetter z. T. ziemlich voll. Öffnungszeiten der Pools von 9 bis 20.30 könnten u. E. insbesondere für Hotelgäste für eine Runde Schwimmen vor dem Frühstück oder am Abend noch verlängert werden. Gute, angenehm feste Betten, saubere Zimmer. Leider hatte das Hotel am ersten Morgen einen Wasserrohrbruch und daher zwei Stunden kein Wasser, war dann aber schnell behoben. Unangenehm war, dass für einen Tag bei über 30 Grad die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern nicht funktioniert hat und die Reaktion bei Nachfrage an der Rezeption nicht so sehr kundenorientiert war - das sei nicht nur bei uns der Fall und bekannt, an der Behebung würde gearbeitet. Während der technischen Probleme litt auch der Zimmerservice etwas. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok/durchschnittlich. Gut: frisches Obst, diverse Kaffee-Spezialitäten wie Capuccino verfügbar. Weitere Mahlzeiten haben wir lieber flexibel in Restaurants außerhalb eingenommen, der große Ess-Saal ist auch nicht so gemütlich.

Situé dans une ville peu avenante. Les thermes de l’hotel Se résument à 2 bassins intérieurs, l’exterieu Est un accès à un parc aquatique... très peuplé et bruyant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais que des produits industriels, rien de fait maison, rien n’edt Vraiment bon à part les fruits frais.

Das Hotel an sich ist von außen sowie innen (Foyer, Zimmer, etc...) neu und gepflegt. Bei unserer Ankunft tat man sich zunächst schwer aufgrund der sprachlichen Barriere. Ich hatte Halbpension (Frühstück, Abendessen) gebucht welches scheinbar nicht im System hinterlegt war. Die Sache hat sich jedoch schnell geklärt. Uns wurden die Zimmerkarten sowie "Thermen" Chips gegeben und gezeigt durch welche Tür wir zu unserem Zimmer kommen und das wars. Einen Bademantel bekommt man nur wenn man selber nachfragt gegen eine Kaution von €20 an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Überdecke und Polster rochen nach Schweiß und Fett (also benutzt und nicht gereinigt), die Hauptbettwäsche jedoch war sauber. Ansonsten gibt es nichts am/im Zimmer zubemängeln. Alles notwenige war vorhanden (Föhn, Duschgel, Badezubehör, TV, Minibar). Was uns sehr überrascht hat, die Getränkepreise der Minibar waren billig. Eine 0,5 Colaflasche kostete das selbe wie in der Thermenkantine. Zimmerservice kam 1x. Der "Speisesaal des Hotels" ist die Kantine des angrenzenden Thermalbades. Plastiktische und Sessel eng aneinander gereit. Beim Abendbuffet wurde eine Trennwand aufgestellt um Badegäste zu trennen. Getränke waren im Abendbuffet nicht inkludiert. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Die Therme hat einen eigenen Hotelzugang. Jedoch ist diese ausgesprochen klein und in die Jahre gekommen. 3 indoor Becken welche immer sehr voll waren. Der Saunabreich/zugang musste extra bezahlt werden.
