Schöne Hotel- und Poolanlage, saubere Zimmer
Schöne und weitlĂ€ufige Thermal-Poolanlage im auch extern zugĂ€nglichen Thermalpark mit 10 Pools innen und auĂen, mehrere Thermalbecken, Kinderbecken, groĂe Rutschenlandschaft, Animation fĂŒr Kinder und Wassergymnastik wird angeboten, ebenso Massagen etc. (gegen Aufpreis). An einem Badesee mit Wassersportangebot wurde gebaut. VielfĂ€ltiges GetrĂ€nke- und Verpflegungs(Imbiss-)angebot im Thermalpark (toll: viele alkoholfreie Cocktails!). An den Wochenenden bei heiĂem Wetter z. T. ziemlich voll. Ăffnungszeiten der Pools von 9 bis 20.30 könnten u. E. insbesondere fĂŒr HotelgĂ€ste fĂŒr eine Runde Schwimmen vor dem FrĂŒhstĂŒck oder am Abend noch verlĂ€ngert werden. Gute, angenehm feste Betten, saubere Zimmer. Leider hatte das Hotel am ersten Morgen einen Wasserrohrbruch und daher zwei Stunden kein Wasser, war dann aber schnell behoben. Unangenehm war, dass fĂŒr einen Tag bei ĂŒber 30 Grad die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern nicht funktioniert hat und die Reaktion bei Nachfrage an der Rezeption nicht so sehr kundenorientiert war - das sei nicht nur bei uns der Fall und bekannt, an der Behebung wĂŒrde gearbeitet. WĂ€hrend der technischen Probleme litt auch der Zimmerservice etwas. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet war ok/durchschnittlich. Gut: frisches Obst, diverse Kaffee-SpezialitĂ€ten wie Capuccino verfĂŒgbar. Weitere Mahlzeiten haben wir lieber flexibel in Restaurants auĂerhalb eingenommen, der groĂe Ess-Saal ist auch nicht so gemĂŒtlich.

Situé dans une ville peu avenante.
Les thermes de lâhotel Se rĂ©sument Ă 2 bassins intĂ©rieurs, lâexterieu Est un accĂšs Ă un parc aquatique... trĂšs peuplĂ© et bruyant.
Le petit dĂ©jeuner est copieux mais que des produits industriels, rien de fait maison, rien nâedt Vraiment bon Ă part les fruits frais.

Das Hotel an sich ist von auĂen sowie innen (Foyer, Zimmer, etc...) neu und gepflegt. Bei unserer Ankunft tat man sich zunĂ€chst schwer aufgrund der sprachlichen Barriere. Ich hatte Halbpension (FrĂŒhstĂŒck, Abendessen) gebucht welches scheinbar nicht im System hinterlegt war. Die Sache hat sich jedoch schnell geklĂ€rt. Uns wurden die Zimmerkarten sowie "Thermen" Chips gegeben und gezeigt durch welche TĂŒr wir zu unserem Zimmer kommen und das wars. Einen Bademantel bekommt man nur wenn man selber nachfragt gegen eine Kaution von âŹ20 an der Rezeption.
Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Ăberdecke und Polster rochen nach SchweiĂ und Fett (also benutzt und nicht gereinigt), die HauptbettwĂ€sche jedoch war sauber. Ansonsten gibt es nichts am/im Zimmer zubemĂ€ngeln. Alles notwenige war vorhanden (Föhn, Duschgel, Badezubehör, TV, Minibar). Was uns sehr ĂŒberrascht hat, die GetrĂ€nkepreise der Minibar waren billig. Eine 0,5 Colaflasche kostete das selbe wie in der Thermenkantine. Zimmerservice kam 1x.
Der "Speisesaal des Hotels" ist die Kantine des angrenzenden Thermalbades. Plastiktische und Sessel eng aneinander gereit. Beim Abendbuffet wurde eine Trennwand aufgestellt um BadegĂ€ste zu trennen. GetrĂ€nke waren im Abendbuffet nicht inkludiert. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war ausreichend und abwechslungsreich.
Die Therme hat einen eigenen Hotelzugang. Jedoch ist diese ausgesprochen klein und in die Jahre gekommen. 3 indoor Becken welche immer sehr voll waren. Der Saunabreich/zugang musste extra bezahlt werden.
