Overall had a good stay. I can say breakfast was excellent and staff was superb. Room itself was nice, but admittedly a/c was so-so and possibly could be better. Location is good for walking around the old town, problem is it’s located on a block that cars can’t get through so it may be hard for a driver to find you. My signal was also on and off in bratislava so thats not connected to the hotel but just to keep in mind if you’re calling a car service! Still think it was a good stay!

Nice hotel in a great location

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the hotel. Smooth check in & check out. We were given a very spacious room on the 5th floor. The room very very clean and kept clean during our stay. The hotel has a nice bar which was convenient due to our late evening arrival time. The location is really good too.

The usage of AC is regulated, badly regulated. My overnight experience was terrible. I got no sleep, room temp was 26 Celsius, and ac system needed more than 3h to cool.

Really disappointed that we had no access to a TV at all during our stay as they had a fault throughout the hotel and were waiting for a new part, apparently. The air conditioning was not ‘cold’ either, which meant both nights were uncomfortable and disturbed our sleep. The quality of the ingredients at breakfast was far better on Saturday morning than on Sunday, eg fresh sausages versus tinned hot dog sausages.
