It gets VERY busy on the weekends with locals visiting and using the kids club, pool and facilities. There were hundreds of people using the swimming pool. It was a bit chaotic and not very relaxing. By the Monday the atmosphere had completely changed and it was much quieter and much more pleasant.

Hotel needs work

Hotel construction made loud sounds and disturbed sleep. Many things needing repair in room such as loose light fixtures and bathroom lamp. Shower door wouldn't close and needed replaced. Door next to ours getting replaced (also disruptive).

Okay hotel to stay. Breakfast was wonderful. However the onsite restaurant was below average for American standards. From my knowledge this is the best hotel in Brasilia, so you have no other option.

A estrutura impressiona à primeira vista, criando uma atmosfera elegante e sofisticada. No entanto, alguns aspectos da experiência poderiam ser aprimorados. Os apartamentos, embora atendam às expectativas, não chegam a superá-las. A roupa de cama e banho, por exemplo, mereceria uma inspeção mais rigorosa, pois algumas peças apresentavam rasgos ou furos. Além disso, os amenities disponibilizados no banheiro são de qualidade inferior ao que se espera de um hotel deste porte. Pequenos ajustes, como o conserto de saboneteiras e cabides danificados, fariam diferença no conforto dos hóspedes. O café da manhã merece elogios: é variado e de boa qualidade. O atendimento de toda a equipe também é um ponto positivo, com funcionários atenciosos e cordiais. A academia, localizada em frente à piscina, cumpre o básico para um treino mínimo, mas precisaria de uma modernização para estar à altura do restante da infraestrutura. O grande destaque do hotel é, sem dúvida, a belíssima piscina com vista para o lago, um verdadeiro cartão-postal e um convite ao relaxamento. Por fim, uma sugestão que pode parecer um detalhe, mas que faz diferença na estética e na experiência dos hóspedes: a presença de plantas artificiais, como o Bambu Mosso no lobby, compromete a sofisticação.
