Everything was fine and staff were great. Only complaint was the heating issue. We had to call both nights so they could turn the breaker off just to have the heater blow hot air. They were nice & they handled it promptly, just a slight inconvenience is all.

Yes, the room was in good condition, but a bit short on kitchen tools. The shower only put out slightly warm water. Perhaps the handle needs fixing to make the hot water come through better? The staff was friendly.

First of the walls and ceilings are paper thin and we could hear EVERYTHING, and I mean word for word conversations from our neighbors, and no they were not yelling or arguing. The view was nice, but there is no access to the water. The concierge is useless, they don't have all the shows, prices are lower in Branson, and they don’t get you the seats you ask for. Thankfully I was able to exchange our tickets at the venues for the seats we asked the concierge to get us. Would not recommend.

The shower was luke warm at the hottest setting. The elevator didn't work. The bedroom light was dim at best. Worst, we ordered a 2 bed suite: 1 King, 1 Queen room. We were given a 1 King, pull out sofa bed instead. We called and they refused to give us the room we purchased. And the man on duty (11/21/25) was very rude. It was one of the worst stays we have ever had.
