Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The owner of this property sent all check in information for the reservation except the door code. Despite multiple attempts to contact the owner, we never received the entry code, and my family had to find a new reservation on the first night of our arrival. We never did hear back from the owner, even after the reservation should have occurred.
