Two flat screen TVS, with cable and wifi internet included. Electric fireplace in living room and bedroom. Wireless phone chargers in bedroom nightstands. Many usb charging ports available in bedroom and living room. One bathroom with jetted tub and shower. Full size refrigerator with freezer, full size dishwasher, combo microwave/convection oven, Dual burner induction cook plate. No carpeting. Stainless steel sink, dishes and cooking utensils provided, good for simple cooking tasks. Washer and Dryer. Full size ironing board and iron. Ground level unit with easy stair access. Excellent experience. Everything the owner could control was perfect. Cookies and water left for us at check in. Great tech. Everything worked as expected. Clean and comfortable. I stay in a lot of VRBOs as I travel for work - this was the best yet. If only the owner could control the people in the unit above us - they sounded more like drunken quarter horses. Would stay again. Highly recommended.

Cleanest condo in Branson
One of the best and cleanest Vrbo properties we've ever stayed at. Nice comfortable king size bed, two electric fireplaces and large TV's. Excellent host and easy to park and enter the property. Would definitely stay there again.

No issues
We were only able to stay in Branson one night but this place worked great. Wish we could’ve stayed two nights to take a walk through the pretty neighborhood surrounding this property. Can definitely hear the walking around of the people in the unit above this one but could not hear their voices or television. Didn’t bother us at all but it might some. Cute place though, well laid out.

Branson West stay
Loved the apartment! It was super clean, it smelled clean and new. It felt bigger and more roomy than the pictures listed. Beautiful fireplace in bedroom and living room, jetted tub, great communication with the host. Only complaint was the lack of sleep because extremely loud neighbors above us that stomped around until midnight and then the grounds keeper for the resort decided to mow the grass right by the window at 6:30am. I know you can’t control your neighbors, but it is a downstairs apartment so you hear everything above you.
