Rooms and Lobby look recently renovated. They look good but they used laminate flooring instead of carpet in the rooms which detracts from the coziness of the room.
The room I was put in had a known issue with the automatic heat so they had placed a space heater designed for ceiling mount on the dresser. I was told i can use that if it got too cold. I told them that is very unsafe and asked for a different room. They first attempted to contact someone to come and fix the automatic heat but when they weren't available they moved me to a different room, which should gave been the first option, given it was 11:30pm.
The second room had heat but the thermostat was an unmarked dial so I couldnt set it to a desired temperature, which resulted adjusting it in the middle of the night.
Be aware that many rooms have both indoor and outdoor access, as this could be a convenience or a concern, depending on your preference.
