Terrible stay

Hot tub jets not working Rooms very dated and mattresses you feel the coils. Bathroom has rust ceiling paint coming off tub slow drain very limited tv channels breakfast a joke no potatoes or muffins or fruit very smelly room air conditioning very loud. Stayed a few day no house keeping they could of made the bed empty garbage but no. No one cares to fix nothing

The hotel is older and needs updating but still a good bargain. The staff are excellent and rooms are clean. Pool and hot tub are a nice bonus.

for our second night the room had not been tended to. Used towels were gone but not replaced. Garbage not emptied. Coffee not replaced.

The place is disgusting! From the moment you drive in its garbage strewn outside and we were very concerned leaving our car in the parking lot! Security guards sitting in the lobby and walking the halls! Did not feel safe

We wanted something in that price range and maybe that’s all you get but we were disappointed. Very rough part of town with many living full time in the rooms. Have to walk through skunk odour to get to the room. Security guard on site was nice. We are seniors so maybe we just experienced reality.

Hot breakfast was underwhelming. Sausage and boiled eggs under 1 tray. The hotel seemed to be used as a residence for displaced homeless people. . Not what I expected but security on sight was an added bonus. The staff were very nice though.

Room 137 the mattresses were both worn out replace now. The room was otherwise just fine. Laminate flooring yes. I hate carpeting in hotel rooms.

The beds are horrible! The springs in one are broken - sit on the side of the bed and you touch the box spring. Squeeks loudly when you roll over. The other bed is marginally better. Marginally. Not good. Dead mosquitoes and hair on the bathroom floor. I wanted to leave after checking in. I looked for a different hotel room but can’t find one due to the number of fire evacuees in the city. Honestly. These are the worst beds I’ve ever seen. The backaches have started.

Their breakfast was good and there is an irritating stain in the wash hand basin a good scrub would've gotten rid of. They need to do better with cleaning, doesn't smell that nice in their reception through corridor. I figured they have alot of smokers around. I do not feel the pricing is worth the experience. As much as I do not want to give a not-so-good review, I wouldn't want to deceive anyone.
