The check in was very good, but there were issues with the room. The TV did not work, so someone came up and got it working. The bed was so worn out we rolled to the middle when we went to bed. In the morning, the TV did not work again. Someone came about 45 minutes after we called and got it working, but only on a few channels.

Rooms were nice. It was very noisy down the halls, hockey was being played. Banging, screaming and the pool/ waterslide was way to busy and overcrowded. We weren't able to use the facilities. We came for a nice stay away from winnipeg for a night and i wouldn't come back if there was hockey tournaments ever again. Ill be asking beforehand from now on.

Excellent stay - too bad the pool wasn't warmer

The room was very nice, bed was extremely comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast at restaurant was tasty and an excellent price. Lots of amenities in the hotel, so didn't have to go out in the cold. Only negative was the pool was too cold. Had to sit in the hot tub when we were hoping to swim.
