Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
After a long day of Hadrian Wall walking all we wanted was a shower, alas ran out of hot water after 5 min. I’ve never run out of hot water at a hotel before anywhere in UK until now. And it didn’t warm up again until following morning. Very really disappointing to say the least. Also, our room didn’t have a door in the bathroom area. Just a toilet right around the corner from the bed, not even a sliding partition. We’ve been married a long time but still don’t crap together. I would bet $ the management has bathroom doors at their own home. Awkward. Location is great but would not stay here again.
