The whole hotel is great, recently refurbished everywhere is new and very well maintained. The rooms were so comfortable, we slept so well. Breakfast was also excellent, great choices, great food and such lovely staff. There is nothing that we could fault. AND great value for money, the location is perfect for getting to, parking and the proximity to the city centre! Amazing.

The staff were so courteous and warm. Very helpful Sky in reception and Vanessa was excellent in the lounge in the evening. Despite a very large booking being expected they couldn’t do enough to ensure we were able to eat before going out for the evening. We didn't have breakfast so know review on this. Room spotless and comfortable. Hotel is in great location. They were a bit pushy one night during to stay in to us getting food, we were asked 4 times within a short period of time, we hadn't asked for food we am had just gone for a drink in reception area.
