Another great stay at the Palace. Easy check-in and our room was clean and for a compact room, it was spacious and light. The hotel has been going through a programme of refurbishment and it look really good and the public areas and corridors are smart and renewed. Will be back again.

Last minute booking. Furniture in the room was a little dated but 5 stars for a very comfortable bed, amazing bathroom with great shower. Lovely staff who were friendly and could not do enough for us. Loved the extra touches - packets of fudge in the room, decent tea, bottled water and good biscuits. Decent breakfast.
