Recessed lights and new full-length bay windows in family room, ceiling fans throughout and updated kitchen with appliances, including dishwasher. Entranceway features a sitting patio with access to a spacious backyard patio/deck with table, chairs and umbrella. Outdoor storage shed space available for bicycle. Two nice sized bedrooms with heat and air conditioning units, dressers and plenty of closet space. Lots of living space to spread out, wind down and enjoy. Walking distance to clean and super friendly laundromat (https://www.bradleybleach.com/) Enjoy being close to the beach (2.5 blocks), and walking distance to downtown Bradley Beach (Main Street), Belmar, Asbury Park, Avon and Ocean Grove. Walking distance to Bradley Beach Train Station. On-street, overnight parking, no permit required. No pets/smoking. Only applicants with excellent credit, references and job verification need apply. Great Beach House!

Len was super friendly and made the process from check-in to check- out a breeze! The cottage was exceptionally clean and nicely appointed with recent updates. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurants which Len was helpful in recommendations. Can’t wait to go back!
