Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
At checkout, all food and garbage must be removed and placed at the front of the property for garbage collection. Please leave the house clean. Failure to do so will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
Checkout is by 10am. Please send a message to let me know you checked out.
