⭐ WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP

With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 baths, our home will be the perfect getaway for you, your friends and your family! We can comfortably accommodate a family of 10.

✦ Master Bedroom suite: a King bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a workspace/makeup station.
✦ Second Bedroom : a King bed, sharing a bathroom with our third bedroom.
✦ Third Bedroom : a King bed, sharing a bathroom with our second bedroom.
✦ Fourth Bedroom (Slumber Quarter): 2 sets of sailor beds with trundles that turn into 4 twin beds, ensuite bathroom (please note that this room is a walk through from the master bedroom, however you can access each room through the courtyard)

⭐ PET FRIENDLY!

- Prior approval is kindly required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $150/pet/stay.
- Must be fully house-trained.
- Must be completely cleaned up after.
- Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area.
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet.
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
- Not allowed on indoor furniture, bedding, or in the pool/spa.

⭐ Kindly Note!

- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (located by the front door). No inside cameras.

- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels.

- We provide free parking on the premises on driveway up to 4 cars.

- BBQ Grill and an empty extra propane tank are provided. Guest are responsible for exchanging the propane tank at the local stores for use.

- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and the pool heater may take up to 48 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know a week before you check-in.

- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.

- Liability/Risk: The hosts/co-hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while ON or OFF the premises while using equipment provided as part of the rental, including but not limited to pool, spas, stairs, or playsets. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and equipment taken off the premises. This also applies to others whom the guest invites to use the premises or equipment.
