Nestled in a quiet neighborhood on a Golf Course in desirable East Bradenton, this house for eight guests provides the best of both worlds. The surrounding area has great shopping and restaurants, but your fun-in-the-sun adventure on Anna Maria Island or Siesta Key, the perfect place to take in soft sands and warm waves, is close by.
You will enjoy the peaceful screened in pool area overlooking a pond and the Golf Course. Kick back in style as you watch some TV on one of the 4 Smart
The home offers 4 bedrooms, for a total of 8 people. The master with in-suite bathroom has a king size bed, the second and third bedrooms each have a queen size bed, and the fourth bedroom two single size beds. There are 2 ½ bathrooms.


Rates shown are base rents that include utilities and wifi. Additional fees include a $250 departure cleaning fee. Pool can be heated for an additional fee.
There is also 12% tourist and state tax. There are outside cameras for security reasons only and will be turned off while tenants are renting.

Highly recommend this lovely home!A very comfortable home to stay at. Property is in a fantastic location. Quiet and serene. Excellent communication from the VBRO owners-easy check in. Wonderful stay in Bradenton

We had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay in this well kept, very clean home. Plenty of kitchen items (dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, etc.). Pool area has a very nice view overlooking a pond and golf course. Very quiet neighborhood. The nearby recreation center has a very large heated pool and gym.
