We used this home a second place for a Family Reunion. My adult children were thrilled with the cleanliness and the modern amenities.Scott was very helpful with the local things to do. He communicated often and offered his assistance as needed.This is a top of the line piece of property. I would do it all over again!

This house was perfect for our sports family traveling with kids. The house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked and the laundry was convenient. Location was great- close to the fields, grocery store and local restaurants/ beaches. The host was great- very responsive and organized. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to families on the road.

Perfect place for our family reunion

We were visiting extended family in Bradenton and this was the perfect house for two young families. The house was impeccably clean and well maintained and was outfitted with everything we needed for our visit. Even though the house was affected by the recent hurricane, the owner made sure that everything was ready for us for our Christmas week arrival. We will 100% stay here next time our overflow family is in the area.

Clean, central, and great restaurant recommendations

My family was in town for a baseball tournament. The house was exactly as advertised, centrally located, and Scott was extremely easy to work with. We followed recommendations in the house for places to eat and found those places wonderful as well. Highly recommended!

Great Place

I stayed there for the month of February. The house is a new house in an old neighborhood. It is built on stilts so if you have issues with stairs it’s not for you. It is very well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need plus. It was very clean. There is a nice fire pit out back for those cool evenings. There is an Osprey nest next door. It was really neat to sit on the back deck and watch the Osprey bring their babies fish. The owner Scott communicated everything and was very helpful. I plan on returning.

Cozy and convenient

The house was beautiful and had what we needed to spend a week there with two toddlers. It’s a cozy home in a great location, quiet neighborhood, with lots of fun things to do nearby. Scott was communicative and answered any questions or provided any help during our stay promptly. We’ll keep this home on our list for next time we come back to Bradenton to see our family!
