Condo was clean and nicely decorated in a beach theme. Great location between bay and short walk to ocean. It had everything you needed in kitchen to cook. There are steps to get up to it on second floor. Pool was back open and nice and big. Furniture did need some updating. But all in all a nice place.

Summer Fun
The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. The king bed was comfortable and the unit was quiet, which made for relaxing nights! Our 6yo slept just fine on the pullout couch. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates, pans, utensils, etc. We also appreciated having a wagon and beach chairs available for use. It was an easy 5-minute walk to the beach. The pool was large and clean, and we ended up spending more time at the pool than the beach! For families with young kids, it might be helpful to note that most of the pool is >4 feet deep and floats are not allowed. Overall, we loved our time at the condo and on AMI.
