First, we had to call someone to come to the desk to check us. Not enough staff. The room smelled funny and there was water on the floor of the bathroom. There was no Kleenex, no in room coffee. The breakfast was very limited. Just waffles and cold cereal. Granted there was a McDonald’s right next door. The price of the room for what we got was pretty high. I wouldn’t recommend it or go back there.

Air conditioning was extremely noisy , as well the bathroom fan sounded like a 747 plane , the bearings were gone. Breakfast was a joke , cereal or waffles. No yogurt or toast. Terrible. Ice machine was out of service , no Kleenex in rooms. Very understaffed.

This hotel charges extra. Hotels.com confirmed price but they charged about $30 extra on the top of hotels.com. No Coffee, No Tea, No Breakfast (though include breakfast), no attendant, no water, no towel replacement, no attendent, no one is there to refill coffee or water or waffle mix...everything was empty..when called no one was answering..all guest were so tired..and they take breakfast to SUBWAY and McDonal;s right next to the hotel

Although pretty basic, it was clean and the staff was very helpful. When we had a problem with the television, the employee came to our room more than once to help and was very patient with us. We were grateful for a hotel that would accommodate our dog and our cat, and I would stay there again.

A city-wide labor shortage.

We stayed there two days and there were four new people at the front desk. One was trying to do the laundry and the front desk and fix our television which the prior guest had left unplugged and hid the cord among other things. There was a labor shortage all over town. My greatest concern is that this motel might shut down.

i reserved this motel on march 30th which was a big mistake and pre check in a day before i told them i was flying and getting in at midnight and when i got there there was noone at the front desk or lobby had to sleep outside for the night they didnt refund my money they said we stayed in the motel where theres even cameras showing that i left the motel that same night 20 mins later after i called super 8 in livingston to check in and they said i stayed for the night this makes no sense and super 8 continues to deny a refund when i didnt even stay there.

Well needed rest

When I went to check in the young man was very short with me mumbling about third party renting and I asked if possibly for a first floor room as my knee has been bad and I am wearing a brace and checking in late I think this hotel is understaffed I noticed while waiting for husband he was also folding towels at 9:30 at night otherwise the room is outdated and In need of repair BUT comfortable coffee was good water was hot

Very welcoming the people were very friendly and nice. It was clean. I really enjoyed it. It was really great the people the parking lot everything was really clean and we were treated really good and I really appreciate that.
