The host never provided property access instructions. I had to scramble for an altrnate stay. Zero communication. VRBO Customer service had to cancel the booking.

Worse experience ever. Never got keys, or answers from the owner. Vrbo is not standing up with their policies and makes anything possible to avoid communication.
