Smoking outside only. Please clear and take trash out upon check out. Early check in and late check out are additional $100 charges if available need to be approved at least 24hrs in advance. Any check out later than 3 pm is an additional day charge. Any check in earlier than 12pm is an additional day charge. NO DOGS IN THE POOL. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES at the house. No more than 10 total guests at once if this is not followed you will have to leave and will not receive a refund.
I have a total of 2 cameras installed on the property, One is a ring camera on the front door another in the backyard corner covering most of the backyard area, exterior only both are on and recording 24/7 during reservations. Usually are not monitored unless necessary, tampering with cameras is grounds for immediate termination of reservation
Pool Heat set no higher than 85 degrees, non compliance will result in fines of $200/day
Multiple Technicians come by to ensure the home is well maintained for guests, they do not need access to the interior of the home but must have access to exterior.
