The hotel was great. The fitness room had some defects. The treadmill quick speed didn't work and it didn't have incline. The elliptical's resistance didn't work.

Very spacious and clean room. Close to a lot of fast food. I think they need a little help regarding their breakfast offering. Waffles and cereal. No toast, muffins, or bagels. N

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient.

Wonderful front desk staff and quick check-in process. The room we had was so comfortable and you can tell the rooms have a very high cleanliness standard. The hotel is also in a perfect location to access all the things to do here in the area. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Mammoth Cave!

The hotel property and rooms must’ve been renovated because they looked modern and new. The hotel is conveniently located to a lot of attractions in Cave City, Horse Cave and Mammoth Cave National Park. My stay really wasn’t that pleasant though. What limited breakfast they had wasn’t that good since it was mainly waffles, yogurt and a couple cereals, nothing really for adults, mostly kids. One day the milk they provided was expired. I tried to talk to the breakfast attendant, but he didn’t understand English because he was from Venezuela. That was a bit frustrating because “this half” of the world doesn’t speak Spanish. The room looked clean from a distance, but there was hair and crumbs throughout the floor and bathroom. The pool water was cold. The workout equipment was outdated and you really had to press the buttons to make the fitness equipment work. I was greatly disappointed and frustrated that they charged my credit card before we checked in and authorized payment before we checked out. We couldn’t change payment methods before checking out since I booked multiple rooms. I almost couldn’t use my credit card while on vacation because of it being authorized for payment before checking into the hotel because my credit card company thought it was a fraudulent purchase and I had to call the hotel about it. Not sure why they posted room charges before we checked out either, that was a bit strange, good thing we didn’t check out early. Would never recommend staying

This is a good place for a clean and comfortable overnight stop. Good restaurant options that are walkable. Don't book it for the pool, which is super tiny (like hot tub sized). There weren't a lot of breakfast options, but they had waffles and yogurt, which made my kids happy. I would book it again for a 1- night stopover if the price were right, but would look elsewhere for a longer stay in the area.
