We stayed here during a layover. The room was clean and better than expected. The shower is great! The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a plus they provide a free shuttle from and to the airport.

The sheets and mattresses were very clean but there was some cracking in the bathroom and walls. We called the office for more towels and the front desk saw that there were two women and4 children in the room so we were charged another $15 dollars for having more than two children.

We had booked a non smoking room just for one night as we were passing through and needed to break our drive up. The room had clearly been heavily smoked in and within 15 minutes triggered an asthma attack for my 7 year old. When I went to the desk to discuss, I had to wait, left, and went back and waited again. He just offered to move us but clearly this would still be an issue. The room was also dirty, cords in bad condition on the floor, lights didn’t work, and mini fridge didn’t work. There also appeared to be pee on the edge of the shower and toilet seat. Worst hotel experience we’ve had and packed back up and left within an hour.

Abundance of parking space is the only good thing about this hotel. In fact, this is not even a hotel, it was a filthy motel. We arrived late, and we’re not even allowed to enter the lobby. Instead, a sleepy clerk checked us in through a tiny window, like they do in some weight night gas stations. The moment you step into a room, offensive order knocks you out. In the bathroom, the smell of sewer is so strong that taking a shower was out of question. I would never recommend anyone ever to stay at the Red Roof Inn.
