Upon arrival, the room assigned had cat hair on the floor. When the air conditioning was turned on, it blew smoky, pet-dander air, which immediately affected my family's allergies. Management switched the rooms at my request, without too much opposition. The second room had less dander, but more dust/mildew, not sure which. My family and I stayed one night because it was so late, while my oldest daughter slept in our car in the parking lot. We checked out two days early and had to find another place to stay. There's NO WAY this place is 4.8 stars. Management did refund me one day. This place still offers smoking rooms, and residents who live there are in and out all night smoking with their pets, not leashed, on the main sidewalk. One resident's small dog was aggressively going for my teen. I would not recommend this location.

Place is pretty well off the beaten path. Relatively clean but could use some tlc and a little upgrading. For the price, was worth the chance.

Don’t let the price fool you, it was nice, clean and quiet. There are no fancy amenities but for the price you can go out for breakfast and still save money. I’d 100% stay here again if I ever come back to the area.

The room was very small. You only get in the bed from one side or at the end. The oversize bathroom door caused the queen bed to be too close to the wall.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. This is not a roach motel. This is a clean place. I will stay again if I get the chance.
