This 6 bedroom, 2.5 bath farmhouse sits on 16 acres expansive acres. Experience the joy of raw nature meeting picturesque manicured farmland, sit by the calming stream running through the property, take a stroll amidst the stables or explore acres upon acres of wilderness.
At night take in the majesty of the night sky (you'll spot the Milky Way on a good night).
Plus, you're only just around the corner from the adorable town of Andes & the larger towns of Delhi & 20 minutes from Margaretteville.
The house has 6 total rooms, including one on the main level, a stunning dining room that comfortably hosts 12, a country kitchen that overlooks the estate and a great room designed for nighttime comfort.

Guests can access almost all aspects of the property, including the stables and nearly the entirety of the house. The attic, detached garage and the inside of the barn (for your safety) are off limits to guests.

Beautiful, picturesque farm property
Overall, this is such a unique and beautiful property. It's an idyllic farm, complete its own babbling brook. We visited with extended family, and enjoyed waking up to postcard-worthy views of the property from every part of the house.
The house itself has been stylishly restored and was extremely comfortable. The kitchen has a great layout with plenty of space, and we enjoyed having both dining areas. The family room was perfect for hanging out with the kids, and we even got to play some board games.
The bedrooms are all beautifully decorated, and the master suite feels like its own apartment. My nieces loved the kids' room, which has a cute teepee.
It was our first time visiting this part of the Catskills, and the area has lots of dairy farms and rolling hills. We loved taking in the scenery.
Tarek was a great host. He's super responsive, and gave great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. He was also very accommodating when we had to make a change to our reservation.
It's plain to see that the owners put a lot of work and care into this lovely property. It will only improve over time, and I'd love to visit again. Highly recommended!

Country Getaway
This country farmhouse was exactly what we were looking for and expecting. Tarek was in constant touch and accessible whenever we needed a question answered. Was this the 4 Seasons or The Ritz Carlton? No-but we were not looking for that nor was that what we hade expected. There had been new floors done prior to our arrival and a new grill was delivered (although we didn't use it). If you are looking for a clean farm house that can hold a large family or a group of friends without a lot of high end luxury on a beautiful property-look no further!
