I'm Cristina, Tica based in NYC — Nosara has always been my happy place and I love sharing it with you. Become 33 is a calm, modern 2BR inside the Become Nosara community. Handcrafted wood, woven textures, floor-to-ceiling windows. Full kitchen, water filtration, breakfast bar. King bed primary suite, two-queen second bedroom — both with TVs, AC, and rain showers. The space
Become 33 is a thoughtfully designed apartment where every detail feels intentional. The moment you walk in, you'll notice the warmth — natural wood, woven textures, linen tones, and black-and-white surf photography that captures the spirit of Nosara.

Living Area
The open-plan living room is anchored by a deep, comfortable sofa, handcrafted wooden armchairs with woven backs, and a coffee table that invites you to set down your book and stay a while. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in soft natural light and open onto your private terrace.

Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and a breakfast bar with cane-back stools. A water filtration system means you won't need to buy bottled water. Everything you need to cook a real meal or just brew your morning coffee.

Primary Bedroom
King bed with a beautiful slatted wood headboard wall, pendant rattan lighting, full-length arched mirror, built-in closets, ceiling fan, AC, and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom features a rain shower, patterned tile floors, floating wood vanity, and an oversized round mirror.

Second Bedroom
Two queen beds with a slatted wood headboard, wall sconces, built-in wardrobe and shelving with a TV, a small sitting nook with a bistro table and woven chair, and AC. Its own bathroom with rain shower and the same beautiful tile and wood finishes.

Terrace
Your own private outdoor space to have morning coffee, watch the sunset, or just breathe.
On-Site at Become Nosara
Community pool, co-working center with fast WiFi, and a quiet, intentional neighborhood that draws surfers, yogis, families, and remote workers from around the world.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the apartment and all common areas within the Become Nosara community, including the pool and landscaped grounds.

Co-Working Center — Open Monday to Friday. Your stay includes a number of complimentary hours per week. We'll share the co-working manager's contact details before arrival so you can arrange your schedule directly.

Gym — Available on-site for an additional fee, arranged directly with the facility.

On-Site Conveniences — The property has a bank, ATM, and a shopping center coming soon — all within steps of your front door. No car needed for the basics.

Other things to note
We're pet-friendly — one pet per stay is welcome. A separate pet security deposit is required, which we'll arrange with you directly after booking. We want to make sure your furry companion feels at home too!
